A new breed unlike any you've seen before, the Minskin is a combination of beautiful points, short legs, and hairless beauty. With short legs, furry points and hairless belly, you're not likely to find another cat so beautiful and unique. Semi-cobby, the body of the Minskin may appear longer than it actually is due to the short legs. The chest is broad and strong. Legs are short; very short. The forelegs should be equal in length and the feet are rounded, compact and strong; all four feet should point directly forward. The tail is slightly longer than the body, tapering slightly and ending in a blunted tip. This is a hard, lean and muscular cat. The head of the Minskin is round with large, open and alert ears that end in rounded tips. Eyes should be large and round and give an open and alert expression.
The Minskin has fur on its points: ears, mask, legs, tail and scrotum, however, the neck, chest and abdomen should be hairless or covered in a light, downy fur. All coat colors are permissible.
